On application and dependent
on number of people on this charter.

| 2. Minimum
Numbers |

| Note:
You can still book if
you have less than the minimum
number of people for a particular
charter. However, if less than
required amount of people are
booked then the charter will be
subject to filling empty spaces. |
| 3. Deposits |
A 50% deposit is required
to secure your booking (credit
card facilities available) |
| 4. Refunds |
| Deposits are NOT refundable
unless the Charter is cancelled
by the Skipper of Cape Cruisader
Charters. (Usually due to bad
weather) |
| 5. Cancellations |
| If a charter is cancelled
we will do everything possible
to get you on the next available
charter. |
